🤝 Commitment

At Webeet, joining a project means committing to 320 hours of focused work—equivalent to 8 weeks full-time. Our core hours are 09:00–17:00 CET, and during that time you are expected to be fully available and engaged.

This is not about just being present; it’s about producing results every single day. If you hit blockers or anything prevents you from delivering, you are expected to communicate it immediately so the team can adapt and support you.

Life happens, and we get that. If you need to step away during work hours - whether to pick up the kids, see a dentist, or handle something else - notify your team lead beforehand so everyone can plan around it.

Commitment here is about ownership and consistency. Showing up, doing the work, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Every team at Webeet runs a daily check-in, either live or async. This isn’t just about status updates—it’s about surfacing blockers, sharing progress, and staying connected to each other’s work. Choose the format that works for your team, but show up and share. That’s how we move together.

We plan our sprints in scheduled, live sync meetings—once a week or every two weeks, depending on the team. These sessions are where priorities are set, scope is clarified, and everyone leaves with a clear understanding of what we’re building next. Come prepared. Respect the time. This is our time to align.
